To complete the application process, please follow the steps below in the prescribed order:

Immediately after completion of Step 1:
​Please take note of the Order Number at the top left corner of your receipt.
​You will need to fill in the Order Number in the application form.
** All late applications (submitted after 1st June 2o23) are subject to a late fee.
