Regular shipment fees for 2025 NAVI medals 

Important Information:
I choose to receive my medal via regular shipment and fully acknowledge the following:
  1. Medals will be shipped by regular mail without a tracking number.
  2. Shipments will occur between the end of August and the end of September 2025.
  3. Delivery may take approximately 2 to 8 weeks, depending on postal efficiency in Canada and your country.
  4. Once dispatched, shipments are out of NAVI’s control. NAVI cannot track regular mail and is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
  5. If you plan to move, do not provide your current (soon-to-be old) address. Instead, notify us so we can delay shipping until you relocate. NAVI cannot recover or replace medals sent to an outdated address.
  6. Items are shipped exactly to the address provided on your medal application form. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in lost medals, for which NAVI cannot be held responsible.
  7. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted; we only ship to physical addresses.
  8. If you expect to move soon, please inform us so we can hold your shipment until you are at your new location.
  9. For combined shipments of more than 8 medals, please contact us directly at [email protected].
  10. If you prefer a courier service with tracking, which guarantees delivery, you may select this option instead of regular mail.

For Courier Service with tracking shipment, please choose Courier service with tracking on your medal and certificate application form. And we will send you a payment link (with the price estimate for approval) when we are ready to ship your medal to you.
